Planner provides delivery leaders with the ability to make FTE requests to ensure the right resourcing can be achieved in target demand teams. It also provides people leaders of source supply teams FTE visibility of all the demands from across the organisation so that they can respond appropriately to the direct requests.
Forecast provides a method for delivery leaders to give more forward-looking demand visibility of what people and skill needs are being considered over the longer term - generally a 12-month horizon. Assisting source supply team people leader who provides FTE insight into ensuring the right balance of skill management, training, recruitment and investment.
