An admin can allow power users to edit past allocation information via the ‘allow users to edit past allocations’ option in Configure workspace → Allocation config:

When adding a new allocation or adjusting an existing allocation, TeamForm will validate that a person’s total allocated FTE across the affected period is less than or equal to the person’s FTE capacity. If not, an error will be shown to the user and they will need to adjust the input accordingly:
