Allocated FTERefers to the amount, expressed as decimal number, that an individual is assigned to a team. FTE typically stands for Full Time Equivalent. Examples:A person might be allocated across two teams in TeamForm, e.g. 0.4 FTE to team A and 0.6 to team B. A good practice is to discourage this scenario due to context switching and cognitive load. There are cases where people in a CoE type team may work across 2 teams such as a UX Design team. We use Principles in TeamForm to highlight where this type of allocation occurs. |
