  Improved People Search with CSV download functionality, now available on the People List page and in the Insights page (People card). Authorised users can export search results directly from the app—no more reliance on external tools. The export supports up to 10,000 rows and includes person, team and tag details. Additionally, the new advanced search filters provide greater flexibility in locating and analysing people data across the organisation, making the process more intuitive, faster, and highly efficient.

  Improved Forecast customisation to support a wider variety of business processes and use-case. Our unique forecast solution has been improved allowing a number of new customisations which enable the Forecast functionality to be applied to a wider variety of use-cases in an enterprise.

  Feeling overwhelmed by the Strategy view, TeamForm has listened and is reducing the amount of content being loaded on screen. The direct information is still there and can be explored. TeamForm is adopting a new Insights panel alongside the Strategy view, look out for that and how the two connect.

  TeamForm collects detailed information about changes to people over time and is now displaying more of that data on the person history tab. The history tab will now show changes to a person’s address, manager, FTE, email, and many other fields, allowing users a better understanding of the way a person’s information has changed over time.

  Over allocation of an employee is to be avoided, and now TeamForm provides validation to stop this from occurring. TeamForm will no longer allow a person to have a greater FTE allocation to teams than their capacity to work, and will display validation messages to users attempting to over-allocate. This validation is configurable by TeamForm admin users if required.

  TeamForm introduces Allocation Distribution widget to help team leaders manage team capacity effectively. The new feature ensures resources are allocated efficiently, preventing over-allocation and supporting balanced workloads. Leaders can now visualise team allocations with a donut chart, categorising team members into over-allocated, fully allocated, under-allocated, and unallocated groups. The widget appears on the Insights page and provides an interactive view, allowing leaders to expand categories for detailed insights, including names and allocation details. This enhancement makes capacity planning simpler and more impactful, helping teams contribute effectively to organisational goals.

  For customers that have connected TeamForm to your work management system, TeamForm is offering its first Strategy insight to you. This insight provides teams with a quick view of open work items (referred to as work in progress). If you are managing multiple teams or even one, this insights panel is being expanded to provide relevant Outcome (OKR), work and team data in one place. TeamForm is adding additional insights over time, so watch this space.   colour Blue title aLLOCATIONS WITH DATES

  We’ve released improvements to our new allocations with dates feature this month. Notably users can use the streamlined user interface to easily change an existing allocation’s FTE at a point in time. This improvements cuts down the number of clicks to perform this common task. We’ve also introduced important protections for historical data. To improve trust and unlock use cases to further embed TeamForm data in business processes, non-admin users will no longer be able to edit data from the past, including start dates, end dates and FTE across past periods unless this validation is explicitly disabled.

  Clients can now make use of the asOf date request parameter on most public REST API endpoints to travel through time, retrieving data as it was in the past or what it looks like in future. There’s a new getWorkspaces endpoint to discover workspaces that exist in a tenancy with basic information about the workspaces. There’s a new searchMemberships endpoint that allows clients sophisticated searching and filtering options to get to the memberships they’re interested in, including when the memberships start and end. Lastly, all memberships returned by the API now contain a start date and an end date.

  TeamForm’s customer facing API is continuing to grow in order to support better enablement of reporting and analytics as well as integrating TeamForm data into other systems in your ecosystem. A new API endpoint has been added getTeamTypes which will provide you with key team attribution so that you can more effectively filter and leverage TeamForm data downstream. e.g. including only your cross-functional teams and filter out teams like chapters / capabilities.

  TeamForm for Jira MarketPlace app is now updated to support a more native Jira custom field approach to visualising your TeamForm teams within Jira, this is an alternative to the current extra TeamForm panel. Adding this field to a more native Jira experience will enable teams to more effectively link the right team to a given work item.

  Customers can now view our Service Status page for greater transparency and communication during incidents, key contacts have been subscribed for Email and SMS updates when incidents occur. Access the Service Status page to subscribe other members of your team as required.
