How can I quickly export TeamForm data for my “Team” or the broader organisation?
TeamForm offers a quick download to Spreadsheet option for upto 10,000 users via the website itself. This option is context specific so if you are looking to export a list of people in all teams, or people in a specific team you should first navigate to the level you are looking for and from there you can access the Download to CSV option via the top right hand side menu.

TeamForm will now generate a list of users in the level of the team you have select and all users below e.g. this can be done at an organisation, team of teams of team level. The export will include the users reporting line (aka supply team) and the cross-functional team they are in (aka demand team). It will also include other attributes such as email and job title etc.
I need to export more than 10,000 users - what are my options?
In this case you should contact your TeamForm admin team to see what reporting options have been available to you, this could either be via TeamForm’s data extractor (Redash) or via your organisation’s BI tool.
