How to manually refresh people data within a workspace

you need to be a TeamForm admin to refresh people data

There is 2 ways to get people data into TeamForm - a manual import or a scheduled import.

This approach highlights how to would bring in people / HRIS data manually.

Why load data manually?

You might choose to use a manual data load if you are experimenting on a separate workspace or are in early stages of implementing TeamForm and are not yet ready for automated integrations.

If modifying an integration, we recommend first testing in a separate workspace

Via the organisations approved process, obtain the latest copy of your HRIS / people data file and save it to your computer.

From TeamForm, Clicking the down arrow on the top left header under the TeamForm logo.

Then select the specific workspace you are looking to refresh.

Click on the settings icon from the vertical left hand side bar menu

Click on the data integration that you have set up to bring in people data.

Some common names for this data integration are:

  • Member and teams file upload imports

  • Worker file

  • People imports

Drag and drop, or click in the blue dotted line zone to upload the local saved HRIS / people file

Click on ‘Import Uploaded File’

Check that the import is successful.
