Ideally, execute this process outside of regular business hours
There are 4 key steps that must be executed in the order specified below
| 1 | Confirm you’re in the correct workspace | |
| 2 | Go to Allocations (in Settings → Data integrations). |  |
| 3 | Set baseline date to latest index you will need to refresh the page for the index to show up in the date picker. a page refresh reloads the required config menu: Data Integrations → Allocations → [Active Project] →Edit )→ Baseline date set, else will use the last date set (In other words, set this to the current date) → Update Note: The date box must yellow to ensure that you have the latest worker file. |  |
| 4 | Run recalculate baseline active allocation project → click on recalculate allocated baseline button (another window will pop up, just confirm by clicking ‘OK’). An import will start. Once it finishes (wait for import success - might take a while). | |
| 5 | Check that recalculation worked
