As a Manager, I cannot make membership changes

As a manager, I am unable to make memberships changes.

Detail

The manager is unable to perform changes using their managerial permission sets. Evaluation is needed to diagnose where the specific permission failure exists, ie does the manager have the correct permissions or has the configuration of the permissions changed. Are the permissions replication of another manager, or is this the first of a new set of permissions.

  1. Basic user information ie - username, tenancy affected, etc.

  2. Local network checks (to evaluate for potential customer viewing of cached pages rather than primary source).

  3. Replication, if possible, that another equivalent user is able to perform changes.

  4. Confirmation that the manager is configured with the expected permissions.
