Notes captures an audit a log and of user entered comments (e.g. between a target demand team and a source team. Notes contain an audit log, revealing supply team), what changes have been made to requests and approvals, by whom and when.
Users can enter notes providing context and reasoning for a request or approval. They allow the leaders of the target demand team and source supply team to communicate effectively regarding the agreement of supply and demand between each party.
Notes are not the same as direct messaging between two users.
