What are notes?

Notes captures a log of user entered comments (e.g. between a demand team and a supply team), what changes have been made to requests and approvals, by whom and when.

Users can enter notes providing context and reasoning for a request or approval. They allow the leaders of the demand team and supply team to communicate effectively regarding the agreement of supply and demand between each party.

Notes are not the same as direct messaging between two users.
