In the event you are unable to perform a data import into Teamform, you should refer this request through to your Internal Teamform Administration Team.

Detail

As an administrator, if you are unable to perform a data import into Teamform, this could be a technical issue (config problem, software problem, data problem etc) or you may require further guidance.

Teamform requirements on handover

  1. Explanation of the reason TF engagement is required

  2. Explicit data required to be updated.

  3. Approval for potential charges if required.
