The little grey number is the difference between the baseline value and the requested or approved value, depending on the column. If the number is a negative then there is a decrease from the current value and less full time equivalent has been requested or approved for the demand team. If the number is a positive then there is an increase from the current value and more full time equivalent has been requested or approved for the demand team. If the number is a 0 then there is no change between the current and the requested or approved value.
