Associations allow customers to record linkages between 2 (or more) teams, which are independent from the organisation’s hierarchical model.

Associations are cooperative relationships between two teams defined by an association type and direction.

Examples:

  • Squad A ➡️ has a delivery risk on ➡️ Domain Z

  • Domain Z ⬅️ is funded by ⬅️ Group ABC

  • Squad B ➡️ is consuming a service from ➡️ Domain Z

  • Squad A in Group 123 ↔️ is related to ↔️ Squad B in Group 456

Where are team associations visible in TeamForm?

  • Find the team in question, then click on the Associations tab / button

  • If you have access you can add further associations (see below under How to enable associations)
