What are associations?

Associations allow customers to record linkages between 2 (or more) teams, which are independent from the organisation’s hierarchical model.

Associations are cooperative relationships between two teams defined by an association type and direction.

Examples:

  • Squad A has a delivery risk on Domain Z

  • Domain Z is funded by Group ABC

  • Squad B is consuming a service from Domain Z

  • Squad A in Group 123 is related to Squad B in Group 456
