Associations allow customers to record linkages between 2 (or more) teams, which are independent from the organisation’s hierarchical model.
Associations are cooperative relationships between two teams defined by an association type and direction.
Examples:
Squad A ➡️ has a delivery risk on ➡️ Domain Z
Domain Z ⬅️ is funded by ⬅️ Group ABC
Squad B ➡️ is consuming a service from ➡️ Domain Z
Squad A in Group 123 ↔️ is related to ↔️ Squad B in Group 456
