Reporting reference - how to create a query

TeamForm Reports is designed to enable anyone, regardless of the level of technical sophistication, to harness the power of your team data big and small. TeamForm Reports uses the SQL language to enable you to explore, query, visualise, and share your teams data.

Instructions

  1. Click on “Create” in the navigation bar, and then choose “Query”, to create a new query.

  2. The query editor is displayed on the right with query results below.

  3. There is also a schema browser shown on the left. The schema browser will list all your tables, and when clicking on a table will show its fields. To insert an item into your query, simply click the double arrow on the right side. You can filter the schema with the search box.

  4. Write your query in the query editor and click “Execute“ to run the query and see the results.

  5. Save your query using the “Save“ button and name your query by replacing the “New Query”
