How to configure Planner settings in Planning Period

Go to settings

Click on ‘Data integration’

Click on ‘Open’ next to ‘allocations’

Click on ‘Edit’ in the active Planning Period (formerly Allocation Project)

Click on ‘+' button in the 'Planner and Team Builder settings’ row

Optional - can be left blank

Requestor Planner page - Display general message

  • Banner message for Requestor: This is where you enter in the message that you want to display as a banner in Planner for any demand leads when they go into their teams Planner page

  • Hover-over message for Requestor: This is where you enter in the message you want to display when the user hovers over the demand request column
