Go to settings

Click on ‘Org structure’

Click on the delivery / demand team type that you like to allow for raising and submitting demand requests in Planner

Click on ‘Other flags’ and ensure the following toggles are turned on:

  • Supply source - Turn this on if you want the supply team to be able to submit Planner values.

  • Supply approver - Turn this on if you want the supply team type to be able to approve Planner values.

  • Can submit planner

Click ‘Save’

Optional: If you have more than one supply team type that you want to enable for approving demand request, repeat steps 2 and 3

For supply teams where you want it to appear in the search box to visually show how children teams are categorised in Planner, ensure ‘Supply root’ is also toggled on
