How to cutover and activate a new planning period

Go to settings

Click on ‘Data integration’

Click on ‘Open’ next to ‘allocations’

Click on ‘Edit' in the new Planning Period (formerly allocation project) that you want to make active

Select a baseline date and click on ‘Update’

Optional: If you have rate card loaded into TeamForm, then you will need to ensure the working days is also filled in

Click on ‘Activate’

Activate button won’t be available until baseline date is set

Hard refresh the page in which you should see the old planning period should no longer be active and the new planning period should have the following symbol:

In the description you should also see baseline, started and effective dates as well as Planner and Team Builder ticked

Click on ‘Edit’ in the new Planning Period

Tick the ‘Enable realtime allocation’ box
