How to reset your password
Resetting your password in TeamForm is very easy to do.
Please note that if your organisation has elected to use its Single Sign-On authentication, seamless access will be provided through your organisation's username and password (and multi-factor authentication, if enabled).
Instructions
Please note that if your organisation has elected to use multi-factor authentication (and we recommend this), you will need chosen method available (mobile phone for SMS, or email), to receive the secure password reset code
Go to the TeamForm Sign In screen and select Forgot Password:
Enter the email used to sign into TeamForm and select Reset Password:
You will receive an email or SMS (depending on your chosen method), with a secure password reset code and the option to set a new password:
Account Sign In:
After activating your account you will then need to sign into TeamForm again using your username (email) and password created in step 3 above:
Enter the secure authentication code sent to your email or mobile phone:
