How to reset your password

Resetting your password in TeamForm is very easy to do.    

Please note that if your organisation has elected to use its Single Sign-On authentication, seamless access will be provided through your organisation's username and password (and multi-factor authentication, if enabled). 

Instructions

Please note that if your organisation has elected to use multi-factor authentication (and we recommend this), you will need chosen method available (mobile phone for SMS, or email), to receive the secure password reset code

  • Go to the TeamForm Sign In screen and select Forgot Password:

  • Enter the email used to sign into TeamForm and select Reset Password:

  • You will receive an email or SMS (depending on your chosen method), with a secure password reset code and the option to set a new password:

  • Account Sign In:

  • After activating your account you will then need to sign into TeamForm again using your username (email) and password created in step 3 above:

  • Enter the secure authentication code sent to your email or mobile phone:

  • Welcome to TeamForm
