How to grant workspace access to users

All users that you wish to provide workspace access to must already have access to the tenant that the workspace is located in.

Questions to ask yourself before providing access to users:

  1. Is the person requesting workspace access authorised to have visibility or data editing ability to the confidential data?

  2. Are you clear on which workspace they want access to?

Step by step how to guide

Prepare the access list file using the template attached which is effectively list out email address of the users that you would like to grant access to.

Go to the top left hand corner of the web page and under the TeamForm header, click on the down arrow

From the drop down list, Click on the name of the workspace that you would like to grant user access to

Click on the settings icon from the vertical left hand side bar menu

Click on “Workspace access”

Drag and drop the prepared access list into the blue dotted line zone

Click on ‘Import Uploaded File’

 

Once access has been granted, remember that:

  1. You do not need to remove these users from the access list file, the integration is purely incremental. This means new user emails can just be added to the existing access file in which you will just have to drag and drop the file and click on ‘Import Uploaded File’ again to grant access to additional users.
