Team Builder
Team Builder is the placement of actual named individuals by an amount of full time equivalent into demand teams. It also has the ability to track how much FTE was approved to be provided to requesting demand teams and how much actual FTE has been allocated against this agreement.
Team Builder is generally used as one of the last step in workforce management whereby FTE agreements have been achieved between the various demand and supply teams. This means the supply team lead is now ready to use Team Builder to allocated named individuals out to the agreed FTE value so that the right people with the right skill-sets can be allocated out to do the required work.
